hey guys, newbi question. Since this is my first time breeding im kinda excited to see how many seeds I will get.
Iv got 3 plants going right now vegged them from feminized seed for 3 weeks then turned them to 12/12 in the second week of 12 hours. Iv sprayed 1 of the plants with CS from 2 days before the light switch until now and it worked to switch to male. I also topped the 2 females at the 6th node. The females are 8inch tall and the CS plant is 6inch tall. Im wondering how many seeds i could expect at harvest Since this is my first time and have no clue what to expect 10,20, 40, 100... Any help would be great. This is indoors and in soil and with cfl's. The strain is Endless sky's from dr. green thumb. Again guys i know it comes down to many things just trying to see what i can expect, since all seeds will be used outdoors in May. Im hoping to have 200 minimum for that grow, also the learning of how to breed will be great, and save me some money on buying seeds.

thanks

depends on how far along the plant is before you pollinate.

recently pollinated one Pandora's box with a jillybean male and it had about an ounce on the plant at 5 weeks, after pollination it almost stopped growing buds and put on weight based on seed production, i ended up with over 300 seeds. like 150 on the main cola and a bunch on the lower buds. some weren't even pollinated so im sure i could get much higher, it also depends on how large the plant is (this was outdoors this summer)

so its smarter to keep all pollen away from the females until say the last 4 weeks of flowering? allowing the plant to get as big as possible and still having the correct amount of time left for the seeds to mature?

as long as you don't pollinate a week or two before harvest then you will have a plant that will EXTEND its flowering period and work towards producing seeds, i had a 9 week strain go 12 weeks because it was pollinated at week 5. i think the more calyxes you have the more seeds you will produce.

Well for anyone interested its been almost 2 weeks from the last pictures. So for future help to anyone this is how its going for me. The CS worked and turned the small one into a male! it did get stunted a bunch from spraying it for 2 weeks tho. The 2 females look good for growing under 2 cfl's. im hoping a week or 2 away from the pollen being ready.

also they got root bound for a week or so and noticed no growth so i cut the bottoms off the pots filled the green cups with potting soil about 3/4 and dropped the plant back in. so hope in the next week the roots will grow down into the new soil.

Sorry guys for the pics being upside down I could not for the life of me get them to turn around even tho they are saved on my computer right side up.
