How Much Blood Meal to add to Soil Mix?

I plan on making a vegging soil mix with:

50% promix
25% worm castings
25% perlite

all mixed into a 1 gallon pot

how much blood meal should I mix in? 1 tbsp, 1 cup, 1 tspoon?

Also if i use bloodmeal would I need to use any other liquid vegging nutes, or would the bloodmeal give the plants enough nutrients through out the whole vegging cycle?

For 1 gallon? A tbl or less.

I use ~1/2cup/cf (7.5 gallons)
