How much chlorine (PPM) will kill bennies? Other PPM q's....

I'm looking into getting drinking water delivered for my hydro setup. Found a great place around here that offers 88 ppm water, with a pretty good mineral mix. The other place I was looking at offers about 8 ppm! That's wayyy to low. The place with 88 pm that im looking at is drinking water, so it must be R/O with minerals added back in. This is the report from them:

mag: 3.4ppm
cal: 11.4
Bicarbonate: 35
sodium: 6.2
chloride: 1
sulfate: 20
fluoride: 0.16

So, this question really breaks down into 3 parts:

1) Is that cal/mag level OK? That concentration of mg technically puts the water into the 'soft' category, but it's far from R/O water. Will I be fine with just floramicro? Any cal/mag needed?
2) Bicarbonate - from what I read, this is probably an added buffer, or something for taste. I also read it can bind with magnesium to create a buffer... is the buffer going to keep my pH too high? Will it drop my mg levels down too low by forming magnesium bicarbonate?
3) Sodium + bicarbonate + sulfate - Concentrations seem kinda high! Is this anything my plants need? Will it hurt em?
4) Chlorine - I know for chlorine to be an active anti-microbial, it should be at about 30ppm. Is 1 ppm going to hurt my live rez/bennies? Either way, can be bubbled out...
5) Fluoride - how bad will this fuck things up?

EDIT: Fluoride

I'm going to just start dumping PPM facts here I found:

30ppm chloride - ideal for killing microbes, not sure what the minimum is
70ppm+ calcium - you should use the floramicro hardwater version, if its 150ppm+ there's not much you can do. Get different water.
Sulfate - good for bloom!
Bicarbonate - this is a high ph buffer! experimented a bit and it's realllly hard to break the buffer. it will also probably drain cal/mag levels when you break the past the buffer.
Sodium - nutrient thief! Highly mobile element that may lock out other nutes from your plant.
fluoride - .... still not sure about this

i run 4ppm chlorine to keep a sterile res. no bennies for me.

i use RO from walmart. the only stuff in the res is what i put in it. i find it easier that way.
