I have heard that the price is around 200 to 250 but, not being dumb enough to be linked to criminal activity. I couldnt actually confirm this being that DON'T sell or buy anything in an illegal nature.

hahaha. well, thinking with that logic selling it would not be illegal either if he had been designated a caregiver.
when you have a medical marijuana card you CANT sell it its still illigal to sell it ....because your the one with the medical problem (SUPPOSLY) not the person you selling it to so therefore only you can smoke it....

This legally only covers expenditures. Pretty hard to say that it actually costs you $10 a gram to grow. Pretty sure it also states in the bill that personal time cannot be billed for. This is why you never buy bud from a dispensary - you pay a membership fee + a donation. You are never actually buying bud and thus they are never actually selling it.

Can we just have a price thread without card carriers looking down on it or putting in their opinion of legality? Those that have cards, awesomeness...... we don't care..... if you really feel the need to, let's discuss what medical condition prompted the seeking of a card to begin with shall we? ;) What? it's no one's business but yours? Then please keep it your business and not ours....

If I was to sell, it would be to someone else that deals, so I'd probably piece out a zip for $200 - $250, depending on my reserves. For friends, it would be $7 a G, or $25 an 1/8th..., $50 for a 1/4.

a nonprofit dispensary and a primary caregiver are two very different things as defined by the bill. no where in the bill does it say anything about personal time.

I think personal time is compensatory, as the person could have just as easily been working for an income for those hours, so time is valuable, as are lights, equipment, space, electricity, etc.... All of these items can be used to calculate a value.

i feel you all on this, im still debating on what to do, sell....share or just keep it for personal. i guess it all depends in the reality of it. sell for food and bills ya know, or just be awesome and share what you created :). i see it all as a toss up, but in the long run i was pretty much thinking of what everyone else put on here for prices, cuz a lil extra money never hurt no one ;)

If you factored those all into the price of the bud it should still be lower than a $1 a gram not counting labor. If you're a competent grower you should be able to spend as little as an hour a day and unless you have a pertinent degree or certification than your time should be worth the same as a gardener - so $600 a grow for labor should raise the price to $2.50 a gram.

I don't think anyone selling for more than $5 a gram can legitimately claim they are just asking to be reimbursed.

Here grams go for $10-20. Ounces $150-280.
