Just wondering...I start my seedlings with my digital ballast on 250 watts. How old/big should they be before you would kick it up to 400 watts? I've got a couple grows in now but just looking for opinions and feedback. Oh, growing in soil, 5 gallon buckets, 10 plants, 4'x8' room, 3x 400 watt lights. Plan to veg for 5 weeks. Thanks!
