How much light

I currently have a grow tent 4x2
I plan on growing 3-4 plants
For the lights I got a viparspectra 600w but the actual draw is about 275 it looks like
The ideal coverage is about 3x3 which leaves a 1x2 section out of the optimum range.

Options
Get another viparspectra 300w daisy chain giving me a total of 900w. Is this too much? What is the max amount of light I should have? Is that rated Or actual watts

Get something like a 50w led light bar and put it on one side like Galaxy hydro 54W Waterproof Multi-Angle LED Plants Grow

I don't know these lights but anything labeled as 600W but only draws 275 sounds like a marking scam. Before doing anything make sure your light puts out enough PAR watts. That's the number you need to be concerned with. Any grow light that's doesn't supply that info I wouldn't trust. Because if they're not giving you usable information there's a reason and it's not to help you grow nice plants.

It appears to me that light is suited better for a 2x2 area. Those are very weak numbers beyond that ESPECIALLY in the corners. Light is the energy source. It powers the plant not enough power not as much or as dense finished product.
