It is an autoflowering strain. here is a little more information

Now my question is, can anyone tell from the pictures and information about how much longer they have to go untill ready to chop.

Any one.... this is my first grow.

According to the information about this strain it only has like 10 more days to go but the buds are really small. like there really isnt even anything there. is there something wrong?

you need to get a 30x jewelers loupe and check the trichomes when they are mostly cloudy and some amber it's time to chop.

I have a 16x jewelers loupe I check it out with that every once and a while and they seem too be mostly already cloudy already, some of the stigma are already orange and amber also. But most of them still white.

very rough guess-5 or 6 weeks. at the very least 4.
Thats what i was thinking about another 4 atleast, but I ordered the seeds from the attitude and the info from the site says about 44 days of floweing and thats in 7 or 8 more days.

I really hope that it still has a while because the biggest bud which is the colla is only almost the same size as a golf ball, slightly smaller, the rest are like pencile eraser size or a little bigger

That thing is nowhere near done. I've grown a ton of that particular plant. It gets much, much fatter. At least another month. Attitude is wrong if they are saying 44 days. That's just redonk. It's more like 60 - 80 days.

Just be patient. You have a ways to go. It's worth the wait.

Good luck!

I cant really see the leafs are blurry so i cant give you an educated guess. Like everyone else has basically stated get a jewelers loop, or magnifying glass and look at the little trichromes or water drops on the leaves and see what color are they. You want to cut when they are mostly amber. Anything before or after is just time wasted on yielding your crop when its at its A game

You still got a ways to go ..think i went 8 week or so with mine...my short rider...
I think yours looks alot better than mine will. But i do agree that it has atleast 4 more weeks to go. I dont know what attitude was saying, maybe I didnt read it right. But im glad that it does have that much longer.. if it was done any time soon there would be nothing on it.

Please keep us posted with the news. I ordered also for my Short Riders a 30x jewlry loupe to watch it closely. I tried a sample and it's weak smoke. Think I need to wait aswell for a couple of weeks.

good looking plants. I planted a Short Rider seedling a week ago outdoors. is AutoFlowering the same indoors as it is outdoors? the info I got on the seed says Indoor/outdoor: indoor/outdoor
THC content: medium; 8-15%
Flowering weeks: 8 or fewer." I thought that autoflowering plants skip their vegetative phase & go straight from seedling to flowering phase & are ready to harvest within 80 days or less. is this accurate, or am I misinterpreting autoflowering?
I was reading that some autoflowering seeds dont harvest until September outdoors, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of autoflowering?
I thought she was going to harvest fully by week 8. anyone have experience growing Short Rider outdoors? will she bloom in 8 weeks, or will it take all summer?

thanks

I let them go 65 days. That's a small yielder though like all autos. I've grown them under 400w and 600w and never have taken more than 1.5 oz dry. Great smoke though especially if you need to sleep or have problems eating. Just not a big yielder. Also I have never had a short rider autoflower. I always had to force them in. I just grow them like a regular plant. Always stinks up the rtoo really good.

I have heard people say the do auto. I just never had one do it that I grew. Autos usually veg for 2 to 3 weeks before showing sex and beginning to flower. They have to mature to a certain level before they show their pistils. Count the flower time for the first sign of female pistils
