How much longer till harvest?

This is a plant from ditch weed, so I started it in a small pot and then just planted it in the woods... Haven't done anything to it, just letting it grow... shit, it's actually growing in clay... Anyways, I first noticed it flowering on March 22nd, it had probably been flowering for a week or two at that time, I have no idea though, I don't check on the plant that much... It's a small plant and I'm not expecting anything great yield wise.... it'll be nice to smoke though and not have to pay for it lol...

Anyways, I went out today to take some pics and some magnified shots of the top... Any guestimates as to how much longer till I can chop her down?

6-8? Is this because it's outside in soil? I normally hear of people talking about 8 weeks for flowering... at this rate it will be about a total of 11 weeks in flowering. Just curious.

Not that I'm in a rush or anything, just curious because I have another grow going in a DWC system... It's growing out of control and it's only 5 weeks old... I know there are differences between soil and hydro so I'm just curious

Soil usually takes longer to flower. And those have just started thc production so, yeah 6-8 weeks.

U have a good while my friend... Patience... When your trichs form and show a milky coloration, mabye with a touch of amber in them as well, and about 75% of your stigmas have turned amber or whatever color they r suppossed to turn, THEN u will be ready... These have only just begun to start flowering... There's not really a specific week count to flowering... They only serve as basic guidelines and time tables, depending on which variety of cannabis u r growing... The individual plant will tell u when it is ready thru the aforementioned signs...

When you grow outdoors its a season thing. Indoors is where you can count weeks.

Gotcha. This will be my only outdoor plant so I'll just let it go and see. It will be interesting to see how it smokes, that's what I'm excited for. Literally the crappiest weed upon creation... So I had to find out what would happen if I grew one of the seeds.

Do we look like we're on track here? This is the first plant I'll ever harvest until my hydro plant is done in about 4-6 weeks so I don't know the exacts of what to look for. Another 3-5 weeks?

yeah about 3 to 5 weeks left get some pk boost on her n maybe a little nitrogen n u will get alot more

What's the cheapest way to add those nutrients? Reason I ask is, I don't like growing outdoors, this plant is just growing as is because I didn't want to waste it on a hydro grow... I figured whatever I got I got... so since I don't grow in soil I don't want to bust out the money for nutrients that I won't use after this grow since I can't use em with my hydro setup...

even some cheap nutrients would help, look for something with a higher PK than N, cheap tomato feed will work, or if your feeling generous to the thing get some advanced nutes

I know this brand is like the red headed step child of the nute world... but would some cheap miracle grow feed be worth it? I actually think I may have some buried in my shed somewhere...

Yea I hear ya... It is a pretty sad looking plant... I'm surprised it's even growing, it's in rock solid clay lol.

I doubt I'll over water it... Hasn't rained here in over a week, and not expected to rain again for at least 7 days... I gave it a LITTLE water 2 days ago, but that's it... Once I find the MG i'll let you know everything...
