How much water to give each plant?

Hi all I got 4plants growing in my closet. I've been doing 200ml of water every 3days or so. They are in 3gallon trashcans, they're 39days old now and around 20inches tall. I feel like 200ml is not enough, any suggestion or tips/guides to follow on how much water i should be giving my plant each time i water. I know its always good to underwater then overwater but i want these ladies to be just right.

I lift the pots and only water when they feel very light. When you water, water less frequently and give enough that there is some drainage out the bottom of the container.

What are you using for nutrients?
Add a few tbs of molasses to a gallon of water.
Its an easy and cheap way to help out your plants.

You don't necessarily need to water them until there is some drainage coming out.
But I would say at least double the water you are giving them.
Remember, they are going to need a lot more water soon.

no drainage at all comes out the bottom, i put enough holes in the bottom of the trashcan so must be not enough water. for nutes. I'm using fox farm's tiger bloom, blg bloom and slowly putting them back on grow big. the 4plants i have are auto flowering dwarfs i stretched them in the beginning but doing fine now, i had to put another 1-2inches of soil in the pots to help hold them up. The day after i water them the moist meter reads dry=/. Going to wait another day then double the amount of water i give them. thanks for the advice.

If the moist reader is reading dry that fast, you may need a bit more water then double even.
You should still have a decent amount of moisture in the soil the next day.

Use some sticks/poles to help hold up your plants.
You don't want them to get messed up this far along,
trust me, I did that once...

No need for a gallon and a half of water. That is just overkill.

Just make sure that water meter is not reading dry for more then 12 hours or so. You want your plants to be able to have as much water as they please.

I never said watering half the pot size would be bad, I just sad it would be overkill.
Nothing wrong with using that much water, it just really is not needed.
