i think you will be lucky to get an ounce out of those. I cant understand how plants even get to look like that.....

each one will give you an ounce. they are stretched pretty because the light is too far..... can you possibly tilt your lights to the side so they can hit the plant better?? you see how there are shadows on the plant, thats bad, it needs more light pointed at it. turn those T-8 ballast so they stand vertically not horizontally, and have the bulbs facing the plant completely keep the only 4" away, they need to be close or else they're weak.

Yea bro thats overkill on the veg but dont wory if you give her lots of time she will fill right up w buds I actually had to let two of my Maine blueberry plants stay in veg too long because i had no room in my flowering room but i was actually pretty surprised with how much they yielded give them healthy doses of unsulphered mollasses the last 5 wks and the will beef right up good luck THE SIZZLER

yeah that looks like a long veg for sour... plus during the first 3 weeks of flowering sour stretches a lot so prepare for them to get a lot bigger in the next week or 2

I second this sour strecthes like a mutha. You should be able to yield a couple oz at least from the 4 at least bro. Good luck!

if you bend the tops down you will be able to grow em, because they will double in size easy, 300 watt light should be able to get 150 grams easy and close to 300 if your really good

There is nothing wrong with long veg's, as long as you have room for them in flowering! I sometimes will veg for two months, they turn into monsters!

with the lights you have and that number of them you are going to be really lucky for a zip a plant. the problem is that 300 watts isnt universally 300 watts. with those lights power they will be hard pressed to reach the entire plant. Google up the inverse square law. each foot away a light gets the recieved light is reduced by half. your best chance is to get a few more of those shop light types and hang them vertically so you waste as little light as you can. Also those light you should be able to have about 1-2 inches from the plant, they should be almost cool to the touch.

Also to the guy above. .5g a watt is not easy. 1g a watt is hard. both require the grower to know what they are doing and require a healthy amount of light. With lights like these 150g on that stretched of a plant is just not going to happen.

For advice? i would for sure 100% go out and either get 3-4 more lights like you have, or just a cheap 400w HPS system. It will really turn this grow into something nice. Tie the tops over to help with the stretch and get as much light as you can. Watch your temps too when adding light, even those florescent lights put some heat off their ballasts.

if you can afford it get a 600w digital. less heat from the ballast and power usage is not much more than a 400w magnetic
