How often can I use BT spray?

A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that something had started to munch on my plants and I have finally found the culprit: caterpillars. After doing some research, I decided on BT spray as my weapon of choice against the caterpillars. The instructions on the bottle were rather vague so I'm hoping that someone here might be able to provide some assistance.

How many mL of BT should I be using per gallon of water? How often can/should I spray my plants?

P.S. This is my first post, so I apologize if I posted this question in the wrong forum. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I use 1 tbsp per gal plus a drop or two of spreader sticker. I spray every couple weeks or after a rain. Rain washes it off and a heavy morning dew seems to as well

Shake the crap out of the BT bottle before you measure and agitate your sprayer every once in a while to keep it mixed up

Awesome, thanks for your help! I have already sprayed them once (with a little too much BT in the mixture, it would appear) but next time I'll be sure to follow this advice. How long into flower will you continue to use BT?

The jug should say how to use? There are many makers of BT. If the jug doesnt say how much per gal toss it out!

I use Monterey Bt. I'm sure it can be used all the way to harvest, but spraying late in flower can cause the same botrytis issues for me that I'm trying to avoid by killing the caterpillars.
