How often do you change the bong water?

For some reason I have to change it every session, I can't stand the smell of stagnant bong water.

I think I'd throw my guts up if I ever saw someone actually drink that shit!

I have!!! Was Dared by a friend and I did! Good thing I keep it clean....just did it the day before... they where shocked!!!

But, believe it or the fuck not, i have friends that see how long they can go w/out changing it. Saying it adds flavour and shit... lol Hope to christ they're joking Sludge tokes!!!!! hahha

I clean it when the water and pipe start getting plugged up or taste really bad. So about once a month

Gah. I guess im just picky cause i have to change my bong water atleast twice a day. I also give it the ol' 91 percent ISO and salt bath probably once a week at the least.

I change my bong water every single session... but I only clean out my bong like maybe once a month...

edit: I can't STAND, reused bong water... I'd rather not blaze... the second someone passes you a bong.... and if it smells like FAT POOCH... its time to change the fuckn water

I change it when I can smell it. I keep it out in the garage (don't smoke in the house) so it tends to evaporate and I have to top it off with fresh water. All of that evaporation eventually leaves a concentrated mush in the bottom so after two or three weeks it starts to smell pretty strong. That's when it gets a good rinsing and fresh water. Actually doing a tear down and a thorough soaking and cleaning happens about once a year.

I have to change the ash catcher like every day but the main water gets changed every one or 2 sessions

Agreed, if you smell fat pooch coming from your bong its time to change the water.

EWE I HATE DIRTY BONGS. Call me a snob; but I like to taste my cannabis.

I usually clean my bong before every smoke; if I am lazy I might go 2 sessions. It takes 2 seconds to hit it with some iso and sea salt if it isn't gunked up.

Change the water when it start to smell - every third bowl.

I find if I let it get res'd up it is such a pain in the ass to clean that it isn't worth being lazy.

bong water should be changed every session. The best bong water is refridgerated water with added ice and a splash of something like malibu or other tropical drink. NICE!

Water is full of bacteria. Warm stagnant water helps bacteria breed like a mother fucker. It's stupid and dangerous not to change it every session. Every other session would be ok too.

It tastes like shit otherwise.

Clean and rinse a bong after every session???? Ahhh, bs. I've been smoking for more than 30 years now and I don't know anyone that does that. So when you have a snow day and there is nothing else to do but sit on the couch and watch movies and shit all day long and you're getting really trashed after 8 to 10 hours of this, you're still getting up off the couch every 30 minutes or so to clean the bong?

i try to do it every sesshion, but if im baking all day then i some times dont change it for like 3 days lol, not cool, but im lazy as fuck when im baked!

I clean mine at the end of the day. Cleaning after every toke is a bit OCD in my opinion, but everyone does things their way.
