How often should I water my plant

I have 3 1000 watt with raptor hoods 21 plants and I'M in the 2nd week 12/12 how often should I Feed/water them
This is my first grow. The plants are on 3 4x4 platforms the room is 8x16 the temperature is around 77 humidity
Is 54 Would appreciate some advice
