How strong is the smell..?

I have a roomie that doesn't know I smoke.. and hopefully won't know I'm going to start growing in my closet...

Out of curiosity, how strong will the smell be? This is a first for me. Would he smell it?

Even one plant starting towards the end of veg and all the way through the process will smell an entire house up. A big carbon filter with an inline fan can scrub the room but it also makes noise. Odorizers help a little. Strong candles work better. It really depends on how you seal the room off the problem is introducing fresh air at that point. Fresh air is important. If you design the room well and your closet is removed from the common areas of the apartment and you can make excuses up on the fly you got a 50/50 shot at pulling it off. Good luck dude.

If it is in the upstairs, it has a big ol' fan on it, a carbon filter and the windows open.. and I keep the doors closed, do you think I'll do alright.... even if his room is across from mine?

it smells a lot trust me, like you wont want the windows open cause that will be a problem

get a carbon filter/scrubber and a negative ion generator!!!

After i put the carbn filter on mine I haven't been able to smell it. They stink like hell when i go in to water and tend them though..... So I guess it's possible.

I suppose if they get to smelling too bad they could be transplanted from the pots to the outdoors, right?
