How to bring them back from the brink

A friend of mine recently gave me these 3 girls as he didn't have to capabilities to keep them. They've been poorly looked after and the two shorter of the three were being "trained" with a SoG net, id prefer to not have to set up a SoG net to revive them if possible. Has anyone got any suggestions on what i should do to turn these girls into "nicer looking" plants

Cut off all the dead shit and stick them in the sun somewhere there's air movement.

They've started to flower so I don't think there's much you can do.

Just finished cutting off the dead stuff, sprayed with neem to kill whatever bugs they've let infest them so now just gotta wait and see how they turn out
