How to bypass the ballast

I have a 400w Lumatek coupled to a Hydrofarm reflector. During the seedling period, I want to use my CFL and the reflector. But the CFL needs to be plugged directly into my 110V, thereby bypassing the ballast, which I will use with the MH and HPS bulb.

Is there a converter plug that I can use so that the power cable coming out of the reflector can be plugged into the 110V outlet?
