How to Convince my uncle to start grow house!

ill keep it short.
im at dinner today with family i dont see that often but live close by.
they are a little wealthyier than we are, i live with one parent and shes fine with growing and dealing.

anyway today we talked and laughed about the marijuana laws and my uncle was saying how he thought about buying a wherehouse and grow the entire space for a few floors up and have a huge cash crop.

they dont know i grow and my aunt would be way against it so itd have to be secret.

but he sounded serious enough,
if he provided the money i could easily grow and mantain it.

should i try and convince him he sounded serious but its not somthing he would just up and do
but he has the money.
and how?

approach him as if you were offering him a business opportunity! haha, that'd be hilarious!

A warehouse by yourself, that would be alot of hours work!!

Do just that. Make sure he is in check with the kinds of profits he'll see before you go into logistics and risks.

If your making some real money from selling show him it,If not he'll probably just brush it off and say no thinking you just want to grow at his house to keep a steady smoke supply.

people with money like more money convince him he isnt at risk and then tell him the potential payout for something that size.

all you have to do is convince him that you are serious about making him money, and that he'll make back his money ten-fold, by the first harvest!
