How to hold clones in Veg

My flower tent will be busy for around 9/10 weeks after taking clones.

Can I hold clones in 1 gallon pots for ~4/5 weeks, then pick a pheno and veg them for 4 more weeks in 5gal pots?

Does this makes sense?

If you don't want the work, expense and inconvenience of looking after vegging plants take the clones 4-5 weeks into 12-12.
By the time they're coming round to vegging again the mother will be just finishing.
Noice! That what I wanted to read!

Do you take any special care?

What about nutrients, you keep feeding them with Veg nutes?
No, there's no special care required, i use coco and feed with canna ab nutrient there's no veg/flower mixture as such, i feed them 1.1/1.2 ec daily.

That's curious. Not sure I want to stress out those flowering plants, but that would actually save some time/space. Gonna think about it. Thanks for the tips!!

There's no stress it's only biology.

It's always a option for you in future.

I wouldn't always do this but when there's going to be a wait i wouldn't do them any other way.

Ok, cool.
It actually feels nature. To delay their growth a bit, just keep them in smaller pots.

I'll give it a try, see how it goes. Thanks a lot!
