that is all LST...see the green ties holding the branches down?

Maybe some supercropping but definitely a lot of lst

it was just a peice of wood i bent and painted white as of right now there is 7 26 watters and 4 55 watter will be adding a few more 23 watters 2day to get more light to the bottom

i tied mine down to but just to put the tops in the light more but i going to lst my next grow an im going to be getting a few more lights an a better fans i think ill need them

do u have any fans in there around ur light to keep them cool

if you wanna keep it wicked short your gonna have to be doing some training every day more light never hurts best of luck to you on your next grow sucks your current got so stretched

ya tell me about it its filling up with some nice buds tho ill get an oz or so dried

I got one going..3 weeks old....I've topped it and fimmed it several times...pinned it down on 4 places...its gonna b a monster...it already has like 20 little tops shooting up...
....seems like its gonna take forever to veg tho...
