How to make labs from em1

Hey I bought a expensive bottle of em1 a couple months back and haven't really used much of it. Instead of buying more em1 down the road I was thinking of making a big jug of labs with the stuff I have now.

So for labs its recommended to make a rice wash and let it sit to accumulate lacto bacteria but I was curious if I could skip that step and instead just mix my em1 with 10 parts milk then wait for the labs to colonize the milk and harvest? Or would it be better to mix the em1 with the rice wash and do things from there?

Looks like I can just mix it with more water and molasses in a airlocked container. I like that better then rotting milk lol
