Good luck masking it. It's one of those things that no matter how much you mask the trained nose will always know it's herb. ;) I don't have any tips for ya though.

Shoot something and drop it close by. And hope nobody likes the smell of rotting animals.

Grow 1000' from the road. You can't mask it.... I KNOW! Find a dead skunk (always found in the MIDDLE of the road) and just put it on the side of the road by your grow. When it disappears (who and what messes with 'em?) do it again. You only have to do it for about two months. Everyone will just think it's the skunk. It might work! :))

In all seriousness Lavender and Basil plants give off a very strong smell and are very easy to grow , it may not kill the smell , but in my shed it certainly confuses it....

Three plants or less - outdoors.

Smell won't be much of an issue with so few plants in one outdoor location.

Chances are any passersby would see them before they would smell them.
well ive only got everything to lose! ill give it a shot in a couple weeks around april

That's true. Guerrilla growing does have its perils.

Look at it this way, you are using the best ventilation system possible. Wind and sky. Nature itself.

And your few plants will be competing with the thousands of other plants making smells in the immediate vicinity.

100 feet off the road means road smells, namely exhaust fumes.

Good luck and good growing.
