Does anyone know the steps involved in obtaining your caregivers license in California? This way you can legally grow/sell to the local dispensaries. Any info on this would be extremely helpful and much appreciated. :-):leaf:

From what I understand as long as you have your prescription and the person(s) you are growing for posted in the Garden within the guidelines of Prop 215 ( space vs # of plants per script)you should be able to find a reputable dispensary to take ''extra'' meds to.Most dispensaries work off of consignment if they want your meds at all. There are alot of grey areas of prop 215 so do your homework on that law as well as your local laws before you dip into anything.Strictly by the book is the best way to go because Law Officials do the same,if your out of the guidelines then your in trouble....

check here thoroughly before you do anything as a caregiver or growing your own meds

Thanks for the quick response....Im familiar with prop 215, but i havent read it in forever....So now that i have refreshed my memory....it appears that you may either be a Qualified caregiver, or you have to be a growing member of a collective.
Thanks again STLT4x4 .. I think the best way to go about it is to network at your local dispensaries and try to membership in there co-op growing program.
