There are companies that will supposedly help you with every aspect of opening a dispensary, including permits, compliance, etc. As to their value and legitimacy I can't say, I just know they're out there. If I were serious about opening a biz I'd definitely have a look at some of these. G/L!

thank you i have runned into a couple companies that do that but the process doesn't seem to be that long but the prices they charge are very high for getting a simple permit you can get yourself

I'd try to avoid doing it at the moment. The California market is HIGHLY competitive and has been getting cracked down on in many locations (especially south of LA). About 70-80% of dispensaries are shut down within the first month. Delivery services provide a little more security but again, the market is very competitive and it is hard to get an edge. Also with delivery services you have to deal with security for your drivers since thefts are very common. Also you will have to make a lot of connections with legit growers if you're looking at being successful.
