How to power PC Fans..??

I always thought about getting a small solar panel and hooking up an exhaust fan to it. Plenty of light, problem is motors take a lot of amperage but you should be able to make at least a circulation fan out of it. I'm going to do something with a solar panel, just don't know what yet. Maybe a small water pump for a drip system. There has got to be some small thing we can do with solar.
