How to read my water swings ...

Hi all !
I use to take note of my PH and PPM everyday but I don't anymore because I don't know how to read those datas and understand what the plant needs . Sometimes the PH go up ,sometimes it goes down ,sometimes they drink more water , PPM can go up or down ... I'm confused a bit .
Is there an article or a video you can link me to so I can finally understand what's going on in the buckets .
I don't even know how to research it on google ,what to ask ...

Feed goes up generally,makes,pH drop. This means youre feeding too much.

Generally. But hot room temps cause a plant to drink more water which causes a feed to rise even though its not at overfert levels. Keeping this up without topping off will bring,it to overfert levels eventually. So that must be taken into,consideration.

But if all of a sudden you get a feed increase and nothing,environmental had changed than its safe to assume too,much feed.

For me I like to see a slow feed drop with a slight daily pH rise.
