How to save it?

The air filter fell on the (40-50cm tall) plant and broke down the top of the plant at the second week of flowering (peas size babybuds). She can catch up the other plants and grow a new top bud and harvest the same time or she can but take longer time so after I harvested the other plants I should wait a few more week with this girl or just say bye to the top bud and part of the yield and pray for nice lower buds?

Try to repair it . Use something to brace it and tape to hold it together if u see it dying off after a few days then break it off .

Not sure if a top cola will grow again but they will get all the light and nutrients

I would still try to attach the top again, even trying cutting a new edge if need be
