How to treat a Zinc deficiency? or Nitrogen overload? pics on the way

A Zinc deficient plant is obvious from the wispy new growth with twisted leaflets at 90°. There is also intervenial chlorosis at the top of the plant that is commonly confused with an Iron deficiency.

Notice in this picture that the older grown leaves are relatively unaffected and healthy

This is from the FAQ... but does not reccomend a general remedy. also the picture did not really represent what is goin on with my plants so have taken some pictures of my own- just cant find the damn lead yet so will post soon.

Ive got 2 feminised Nebula and 2 Super Silver Haze at stake here (all female)- and disregarding the 'wispy new growth', they are beautiful, bushy little numbers. Also bottom sets of leaves have chlorosis and have yellowed and died off- not up top. Also new leaves were almost curling down at the sides a little, slightly 'clawed' also. It's all happening at a slow pace but i've done enough outdoor crops to know when plants are in need of help- and to take action now!

This is the first time I have tried using an HID in such a small space- and I am misting and trying to keep humidity up as much as I can. My large fan is drawing off alot of the moisture i guess.
It was going fine until around the time I repotted into what is probably soil that is over-rich in nitrogen (Loam based? Was all I could carry home) mixed with my potting soil and pearlite.

I am using a basic 10.6:4.4:1.7 fert in small amounts also with a soluble fert (which has everything but zinc in basically), I also usually use an organic liquid seaweed mix that I've always used for my outdoor plants and later on I use Bionic Boost for boosting the flowers. (i need proper nutes, I know- but I am in middle of nowhere here)

I've moved my light up as the leaves were literally curling round 90 degrees.
I've cut down the weekly feed to half measures.
I'm misting as much as I can (less now with co2, as thought it might cause stress)
Temp is a constant 25-28 .C

I could go into more detail here but this is the basic situation im in. I guess without pics advice is difficult to give and I hate posting pics during the grow unless I really have to.
The twisting leaves, though, are surely a trademark sign of something?

Any help or suggestions appreciated... these are some nice ladies that need saving. Will get pics to prove that up soon I guess.
