How Would You Do It?

If all goes well I'll be moving soon to a place way out in the middle of nowhere. The nearest neighbor is about a half mile down the road. Now the place I'm going to be living has a basement space that has two 10' X 10' X 7' ceilings and the rooms are separated by brick walls and there's a 5' x 5' x 6' greenhouse on the property.

My plan is to grow in soil to start using 6 to 9 five gallon buckets and use one room as my mother and veg area and the other room as my flower and cure area.

In the flower room I intend on doing a scrog set up.

Lighting will be, honestly, what I can talk a client of mine out of for free. It will either be the kind of LED's you see in parking lots like Wal Mart or HID's like you see on highway light poles.

Ventilation shouldn't be a problem but it does get pretty cold up there so I'm thinking some space heaters and fans on the ladies to keep the air circulating.

In the spring I intend to plant a baby in the green house, keep the bugs off her, and just let her grow next summer just to see what happens.

Water is well water so I don't have to worry about chlorine but I will need to check the PH before I start using it.

I'm hoping I can do a perpetual harvest of about 1 lb a month once I get going.

I've grown before and had decent success but this could be an interesting set up and situation. If you guys were in that situation how would you do it? Granted I think I've got a good plan but I know you folks might be able, based on your experience, to give me information I am either ignorant of or haven't considered.

Thanks for your help up front.
