Some people worked real hard to try to get this thing put out but without total support it will never happen. Lacy and I cannot do it alone. I wish i could give you more rep lacy!!

Oh you are such a compassionate one dank.
I'm not upset but more just disappointed.
I would even offer to put it together myself BUT I just don't have the computer skills to do so PLUS I am on dial up so everything takes me about 10 times longer than anyone ( which really sucks )

People are asking for some kind of reward or insentive for helping. I personally will do it as my way of giving back. I dont have many problems in my life and overall I am pretty lucky to be doing what i am! I am not smart enough to do the editiing, but can write some stuff and can come up with ideas as well as take orginal pictures of just about anything marijuana related. Lets get this done. i have a cheap newsletter tempelat on my computer I can screw with it some and see what i come up with. Anyone who wnat to help please PM me or lacy!! Also there are several other neewsletter threads that can be read to you will be up to date on what has already been done!

I think we should have one person only do the editing and I think it should be the person who does the formatting etc. Hence the thread asking for the computer geek

Yes 1 person editing is best. We need more articles.... lots more...I sent rollitup a PM asking if he would write a small thing about himself and why he started this site.

I think you and socata should go over that and decide amongst yourselves who wants to do what 'cause I just lack the knowledge, skills, speed etc and the techie stuff just annoys me.
I also think it would be good to include an article about the rollitup radio station that mokety and eveready have going.

Dank and I are willing to take over the responsibility of getting out this first newsletter. Nobody is really sure what your 'expectations' are in regards to this but the first edition will have:
A top grower review
A detailed strain review(belladonna)
A rollitup radio article
A medical marijuana article
Top marijuana picture
An update of 'what's new at riu' for those who haven't been posting for a while
and a couple of other articles along with pics.
We have a couple of couple geeks working on the format and have decided to stick with the riu colours and format here.
We want to have this newsletter out by the 15 of April to all the riu members here and hopefully the 15th of each and every month thereafter.
Any comments would sure be appreciated. We NEED a tad more communication happening here.

Faded away. We did set up a radio station that we were considering putting in as part of the elite membership, but that hasn't been looked at or worked on in a little while... I'll try to see if I can get things back on track with either a newsletter or radio... but we'll need people to contribute.
