I've seen dissenting opinions on this matter for years and I want to put it to rest. What size net cup for cannabis aero growing (High pressure)? I've gone the safe route and always used 6 inch net cups, but you always end up having initial issues keeping the hydroton and rapid rooter or rockwool pod (if from seed) in the center of the the net cup wet. I end up hand watering for the first week or two until I finally see roots make it to the edges of the net cup.
I've always wondered though - why not just use a 3 inch or maybe even 2 inch net pot? I don't see how the hydroton is helping at all other than for support, which ends up being held by netting anyways when the buds get too heavy.
