HPS VS CFL Flowering

Hey, im no expert at all very new, too growing cannabis that is.. and im shure the mistakes i made will help and am shure i will be answering somme futur questions if not the current ones. i am currently growing in a home made pc box super super small not big box at all like 14-16 inches tall haha! so really the lights you will be using have alot too do with the space you are given one might give out more lumens ect.. but it might bring other downsides too the table, heat ect... baught a few cfls and for me, dident do the trick simply cause of space issues, i baught myself a HPS 150w and it really feels like its gonna get the job done well, only problem for me, is that hps generate alot of heat, even with 3 fans box closed where looking at around 90F but i also would imagine that 7 bulbs of CFL would give out heat too.. my HPS 150w gives out around 15k lumens with a 2,1k kelvin and the 100w cfls i baught do 1,600L each so in reality you would need almost 10 cfls just too do the jobs the HPS does... and i strongly belive 10 CFLS would give out a higher temp in my box then the 90F, and even, apprently, i been looking around this site and herd that lumans are just a mesurment of how we Percy light, there fore in reality using lumens too calculate the energy of the sun is doing it wrong, like calculating how much your giving too your plants, using watts... hopefully i cleared up somme of your questions, if not hope i braught you too more! (P.S if you are as clueless as i was when jumping into this whole thing, make shure you understand abit of basic electricity before getting HPS, becose it will require a ballast, that cost abit more then the bulb itself, and require you too install the light too it by yourself, if you plug your HPS into normal plug, YOUR FUCKED, and so is your bulb!)

So a Tent, 3'x3'x4' Ft Would a 150 watt HPS do it for flowering?
too much, too little?
P.S. the link in the original post is for a setup with ballast and hood.

Go 400 watts and get a 3x3x6 or taller if you can find it.
Get a vented hood or cool tube, fan and a little ducting to set it up.
To cool a hood in a tent one layout is below.
6" duct> inline fan 400CFM 6" dia.> vented hood or cool tube> out tent to draw fresh air in.
The straighter the run the better.
You can loop attic air thru the light if you don't mind cutting your ceiling.
(if you have attic space) :hump:

I am running A 400 watt HPS in a 3x3x6 tent, ducted as described above.
I find the 400 a little weak so I added two side lights, 95 watt T5 CFL fixtures.
picture shows how it was setup, that ran 84-85 degrees.
I disconnected my filter and turned the duct to an opening in my tent.
My tent temp dropped 4 degrees!
, I also have a 4" inline venting the tent creating negative pressure and a 4" passive intake.

I got the tent dimensions a bit wrong but close, it's: 3.6'x2'x3.9'
The 400 will be too much power and heat for me atm.
Right now just 214watts of CFL is producing a lot of heat
I can defiantly substitute some CFL's around the outer parts.
Need to keep my stealth status.
I got a 6in Inline Booster fan for 160CFM blowing through my 5gal bucket Carbon Filter in same room... for now...
Keeping temps around 82
I can intake air from outside which is getting cold so that will help for sure.
I could probably up it to 200 or 250 watts

But where is the best/cheapest place to order these systems?
Is there anything I need to be careful of when picking out these systems?
