Ayahuasca, you have to forgo ALL medications and drugs except weed for minimum of two weeks. Fermented foods, cheese, fish, alcohol, spicy foods, you should not ingest the day of. The MAO inhibitor in the ayahuasca will remain in your stomach for a good while, and anything you ingest that's potentially toxic will be absorbed in toxic amounts that your stomach usually breaks down when monoamine oxidase isn't inhibited.

Man I cant imagine how awful it would be to go through withdrawal while tripping on a aya brew...although maybe you'd be so out of it you won't notice your sick?

No, you'll probably still get sick. It's after the trip that's the important part for quitting a hard drug. And you can't get well before you trip, because you'll kill yourself.

Dude. When I had an opiate habit back in '13, I took so much oxy in 3 days I got constipated. When I finally got it out, it was the same dimensions as a masonry brick and nearly as hard. It wouldn't even fit into the drain hole. It sat there on top like the boulder to the tomb of Jesus.
