Sometimes it takes a while. I've had it take nearly two months. If you ordered from overseas sometimes shit literally gets lost in the mail but most times it finds it's way to you. That is why seeds banks typically tell you to wait 6-8 weeks before claiming lost package.no delivery claims.
I'd say give it a couple more weeks and then email HSO, or whomever you order from, and tell them you haven't received your package. Just word the email very politely, as Europeans don't really like smart asses, lol. But seriously you won't get satisfaction by emailing with aggression, just be cool and truthful and I'm sure they'll do you right. They want repeat business, they all do.

I'm an anxious person, so naturally doubt\worry sets in.
Most of all I just want to put my Black dogs n Sapphire ogs in the dirt and get the show moving.
