yes, i got mine off ebay and it has been running 12/12 for quite some time now...no troubles thus far

only difference is that mine is a 400 watt light, but that shouldn't affect the integrity of a company whatsoever!

and also it gives these dimensions for the reflector Reflector Measures Approx: 16"Long x 13"Wide x 6"Deep 6" deep would be from top to bottom when its hanging from the ceiling right?? meaning it only takes up 6" of growing space????

Yes HTG supply is a safe place to order from. i recently ordered a 4" carbon filter odor control scrubber from them. there shipping is really fast.

They are good for the price. I have the 400 watt system which I started out with and it served me well.

I would get the highest wattage that you can afford. Even though 250 watts is good for a 3x3 area, 400 watts will be better. And higher wattage than that is even better.

250 is a bit small for 6 plants unless the plants are smaller like a sog grow.id only do like 8-9 inch plants if i did 6 under 250 watts

250 for six plants as mcpurple said is stretching it. 250 for 4 would be the max if you limit height and just keep them on the shorter side.

HTG are assholes and don't stand behind their product. I bought a bad ballast from them over the internet. When I took it back to the store not only did they refuse to replace it but they were all around rude. I would avoid HTG like the plauge, and if you do use them pray there are no defects in your equipment, because they will not stand behind it.

Damn that sucks..I always been a good customer with them.I got a 150 hps,400 hps and t5s from them and any problem with the bulbs i let them know and they re send another 1 unless its been over the warranty.

HTG is amazing...I am lucky enough to live near a location and the staff is very helpful..there prices especially on lights are less than half the price of its competitors..Its the only place to shop..Ive heard you can nutes for cheaper elswhere but light prices cant be beat...I have the HTG Tek Two High Output T5 setup and it works amazing...store i had looked at before the light had less than half the lumens on the HTG one and was double the price

I had 12 of their 1000 watt ballasts shit the bed during a 6 month period. They replaced the first 4 with new - the second 4 with used, that did not last 1 month, and then stopped taking my calls. All of these ballasts were their "special brand". Not 1 ballast lasted more than 6 months. All were replaced at a local shop with Sun Systems. I have had problems with 2 over the last 2 years. The local shop gives me a loaner ( one time opening a new boxed ballast and made it a loaner) until they could repair mine. I did not lose even 1 day. Moral of the story - you may spend a little more locally, but when shit happens (and it always does) being able to drive to a shop and get a replacement sure beats a phone call - answered or not.
