welp, my stuff came yesterday @ 3 p.m, noticed the broken fan at about 4, put ina call at 4:15, tony just called me and said the new ones on its way, should be here tommorrow, now thats service

I have to agree with this, I watched the UPS guy bring my stuff in and throw it on the floor. I even told him there is a reason it says "fragile glass" on the side of the box dipshit.

shit happens, i understand that, he promptly took care of it, and thats great service, hes a bad guy because of that?

quit using UPS. they suck. i assume they are the cheapest. it sounds like anyone who has several items ordered at once ends up with something broken. i'd find a new shipping company.

Whenever I order more than 3 items...FROM ANY SHOP....They f*%k up my order. Something is ALWAYS missing from my order. Once it was timers...another time it was my Panda plastic....another time it was my calibration solution for my ppm pen. Its always something. Stoners running businesses.....expected somewhat. The nature of the beast.

And everyone I've ordered from seems to use UPS. They may suck....But its who they use. I too have seen them (especially with heavy boxes) do the Ace Ventura style deliveries.

Now, I just go to the store and shop in person. Found some deals that way that werent on their websites.

i have 10 hydro stores within 10 miles of me. i don't know why i ordered online in the first place. i think i was sucked in by all the hype.

i have a hydro store a mile away, but he wants 500 bucks for what i can get for 250 online, shit, he charges 30 bucks for 10 dollar light hangers, the only thing i buy from him is my nutes and soil

I bought another light on tuesday of this week from htg. I got it today. Thats 48 hrs from the time I placed the order until i got it. Also I had a 1000 watt bulb that had burned out after just a couple months. He sent a new top of the line bulb to replace it. They have my business!!

i can't wait until spring.

They use ups for its tracking mainly as usps is cheaper but doesnt have tracking just confirmation.Fedex is just fucking nuts as they want $300 to ship something that can be shipped for under $20 and dhl well they are the slowest fucks on earth lol.. Dude, Maryland hydro is the place I described in a previous thread. The place is shaaaaaaaady. I live a good 20 minutes from it. It looks more like a cult compound than a hydro shop. I would be very wary of this establishment.

Ive bought from Maryland hydro for last 3 years and always get my stuff in under 7 days.Items are great and the only issues I ever had is when I went from magnetic to digital ballast the bulbs I had burnt and when I emailed they sent me free replecaemnet bulbs overnight no charge with new warranty.They are friendly fast, back thier products and if you like to wheel and deal you can get the costs down.I still havent seen another place to get $115 600 watt digital switchable ballast deliverd in 5 days with a year warranty.I use them and will be buying 4 more 600 watt light next motnh from them.Hell might grab some of thier $99 400 watt digital switchable ballast too and make some profit.Never been inside thier store as its far away but as far as quality in product and service I havent seen any better..HTG hell you cant even get a response about his stuff he sells so thats enough for me not to order from there let alone the amount of broken items that have been reported.I value my time

cheap products, they only have 1 digital ballast, what gives? Also the shipping is a little high.

often times you can go down to local grow shop and they'll hook you up.

One ballast where is that at.marylands sites has a bunch of ballasts by a bunch of different companys.I worked my deal for $115 via his ebay store with shipping included for free..$230 for 2 new digital 600 watt switchable ballasts with both cordsets shipped is best I have found with warranty
