I did as well, a few years ago.
There were problems with every strain - hermies, stretch, low potency, won't finish, etc. Many people were complaining on various boards. There were unstabilized F2s and rumors of unstabilized F2s.
He's persevered and since then I've seen a loyal following on almost every board, praising his breeding, genetics and quality of the smoke. We can either assume that he's hired an army of shills or he's improved his operation.
Try a strain, see how it goes. (ie take the risk and tell us about it
)

I sent cash Express Post, he had it in 3 days (e-mailed confirmation). You can expect an e-mail reply in less than a day any time you send one.

Don't worry Neil, you'll get your beans. I'm not crazy about the genetics of my picks from this guy (a few years back) but one thing I researched before ordering was that he will get you your beans. If you're out of country give it another week, if you're from within Canada give him an email to check the status of your order. He'll send you a second set of seeds if you don't receive the first shipment.

I've done a couple of recent orders from highgrade. 1 order for nl#5, the other for his mixed super strains. 3 weeks was the time line for me in ny, both times. Stealth was good enough, they made it.
Seeds are nice color, no pale or geenies in the bunch. Now to the genetics/quality. Can't tell you there, growing 1 nl#5 now, fried the 1st attempt in bad soil. Used to be an outside grower, inside is bit humbling.
