Oh my goodness, I can't believe this thread is not active...Anyone have any opinions or experience about growing in Humboldt?
Let me set the record straight; Humboldt Nutrients (not Humboldt County Nutrients) is by far the best on the market. I'll share why in four words.
Amino Acid
Chelated Nutrients (follow link) (I'm not affiliated with Humboldt Nutrients directly, but through admiration and everything I'm about to share is hearsay but accurate to my 3rd party perception)
These guys worked for and where the brains of Advanced Nutrients until it appears (and the evidence shows) Advanced started getting greedy.
The whole 'Connoisseur' line was based off the Amino Acid Chelated nutrient concept but the owners of Advanced stopped short of fully investing into the best ingredients, frustrating the scientific mind's, while at the same time asking the outrageous prices that they do for connoisseur.
If you like Advanced you'll love Humboldt! They even teach you how to ferment their proprietary blend of micro-organisms and bacteria so you don't end up spending ton's of money on something you could perpetually keep on hand, and I think that is so cool! Carboload is just dried molasses! And look at the prices they ask!
I believe Humboldt is the new Gold Standard and cheaper than Advanced so ROCK on!
