humidity issues HELP

I've got 15 incredible bulks in a 2.4x2.4 grow tent I've had them under 24/7 light today was the first day 12-12 and I've opened the tent and the humidity while lights off was at 99% I turned the extractor off because the temps are cold and wanted the heater to warm it up while lights off. what I'm asking is how the hell can I keep it warm while lights off but keep the humidity down? would I be on if I had the heater on but left my 6" extractor running?

thanks in advance

de-humidifier and the heater together. you want about a 10 to 15 degree difference b/t lights on and off in flower.

how cold is it getting?

a heater should dry the air out pretty good on it's own.

lots of fans would help. you'll get mold with humidity that high eventually. they'll be fine for a few weeks as they start forming flowers. but from week 3 of flower on, you'll need to fix the problem.

well it's hard to say it was only the first day of 12 12 but they were at 60 when I opened the tent. do you think is should use a fan heater? there's one with a copper wire in there at the moment but I'm looking at the pipe heaters

I'd look at why the humidity was at 99. Did you just water? Or spray the inside of your tent with a hose?

I have never had mine over 67, and that was only for about an hour when the smartpots pissed all over the mylar.

That said, depending on your budget, I'd say a dehumidifier is gonna be nessary. You don't want mold. You can try the link, I heard of them working coupled with a small fan (you should already have for a light breeze)

Cannabis can handle low Temps pretty well, just not frost, you may want to look into a purple strain for your next grow. The lower lights off temp is how you get them to that purple color.
I'm a sativa guy, but that color... :blsmoke::bigjoint:

May get me some purple urkle seeds for winter

I meant is there anyway around me not getting a dehumidifier anything that would sort it or even help for now
Heat lamp in a can. Incandescents are famous for drying the air. Vent the can (like a coffee can) so it doesn't get too hot.

"Increase indoor temperature because warm air can hold more moisture (relative humidity decreases if temperature increases)."
