Humidity Issues

I need to get my humidity up quite a bit. Any homemade devices i can craft to do so? Ive just been spraying the plants with rainwater till i can think of something. Any help would be fantastic

ALSO: For the veg stage, are daylight bulbs good? Or should i be using soft white?

Add a bowl of water to your grow space.

you want to mix the bulbs. One daylight bulb for every soft white bulb. I have 3- 4 foot floresents with one of each bulbs in each light.
