humidity issues

Hey was looking for ideas to lower humidity about 40% in a tote...sitting at about 94%

Stop trying to do hydro in a small space would be my advice. A soil grow will more than fill a tote with plant matter, minus the humidity. Full is full.

Dont know how small a "tote" is, but I think a bowl/cup of rock salt sitting in there would lower it a bit..
