humidity problems!

guys this is my third grow but my first grow where i have actualy managed to get a female, my humidity is constantly at zero, i have now way of venting other than openin my cupboard door from time to time but i do have a fan that comes on at regular intervals., any tips on increasing the humidity and what is the ideal humidity for flowering period?

During flower it has been suggested to keep humidity around 50-60%. More than that and you increase the risk of molds and fungus, lower and you cause the plants to transpire too much which causes other problems. A cheap way is to stick a wet towel or bowl of water in the space when you need to raise humidity.

i have done that but it seems to do nothing!!!
and sorry to be dum but what do you mean transpires too much?

Just a standard humidity gauge but i know its working as when i water the plant it increases to 10 for an hour or so and if i put it in other rooms it increases?
