I joined because I had been in the midst of raising a few babies outside with only a very basic knowledge and they were doing beautifully. Then with about 3 wks to go I started finding aphids on them and only from what I had read I didn't want to use any chemicals on them at that point. I read so much conflicting info online and was in a mad panic trying to make my own insecticidal soap with Castile soap and neem oil but then was scared to spray incase ratio was wrong and I hurt them bla bla bla. So I had joined up hoping to ask for advice quick but it was all too little too late , those tiny fuckers sucked the life out of all them one by one(while I was too busy spraying test patches) So so sad to watch after all the time n effort I had put into them. Was devastating actually.
But have some more babies coming to me again in the next week or so.

Yeah jury is out on this one although since @neosapien did vouch for her I will believe she is a she.

Yeah that yessi tell was there from the beginning although I believe she isn't based on the boobs like tyler, gar, neo et al said. So although she may not be a sock she seems redolent of sock's personalities past. Which begs the question will she last? Based on her initial thread and rejection of the best growers I know answers, I'm guessing she wants to trade flesh pics for decent supply and that is an irritation to me. So it will be interesting to see where she goes with this.

It's been years since I've smelled that on weed. But I do remember if it smelled like that I'd often get headaches from smoking it.

1. I would worry about my lungs when smoking moldy weed. The pulmonary sequelae can be life shortening, and
2. Often != always and as such is not an indicator you are not harming yourself.

My mother had mold found growing in her lungs years ago. It was originally thought to be cancer because she was a smoker having breathing issues and coughing up a little blood. It was a mold only found in the western part of the country, but we lived on the east coast, so the doctors had no idea how she might have got it, the whole family had to get checked. Scary shit.

Exactly! Did it clear up completely? It can come back and be very resistant. It's one of the bigger reasons I grow. I know what I'm smoking.

Yeah, it cleared up. That was around 15 years ago and she's been, relatively, healthy since.

Lol, I have to wonder about all the shit brick I smoked before I decided to start growing. We'd pull dead bugs, trash, etc out of it, then roll it up and wonder why it tasted like Raid :spew:

I'm sure there were some established mold colonies that got burned down more than once also. Wonder how my lungs fared? Young and dumb. :dunce:

Back in 94-95 there was some brick weed floating around and it too tasted of raid, also a batch even Had a w-d40 smell and when burned smelled like burning motor oil.. :spew:

that was the year I made the choice of growing my own..
