Hydro cuttings question - probably an obvious answer

Hi all,

Just a quick question. I grow using DWC and my friend grows using soil. When I take cuttings from my plants in hyrdo, will he be able to grow any of them in soil?

Probably an obvious answer, but one I have never heard an answer to.

Yes ,are they in veg? Why dont you root the clone for him, better than taking a cutting he sticks it in his pocket,has a beer a smoke ,3 hours later he trys to plant the clone.

yes like buds said you should definitely root it first. you can clone it in rockwool if you want and then he can just transplant that into soil. goes the same kinda thing the opposite way. like i have my mothers in soil and i take cuttings from those for my hydro systems
