hydro from start to finish setup Help! .. Current cultures RDWC advice

Hey guys, so without my preference, I am stepping had first straight into this hydro grow, from never having done hydro on more of a commercial level. I have always done soil my entire gardening life.. but my investor in this new op this is a necessity due to the pure overwhelming yield factor that rdwc produces over soil...

So given a 15k budget, we have decided to just go all out with the 32XXL current cultures under current system, 8 gavita 1000's on 4 light rails, all being put into a completely empty 3car garage and also automating everything for the obvious ease of doing so, so we are literally building it from the floor up.. I will be moving into this new spot in only 3weeks and am expected to start ASAP as soon as I get there pretty much, with most if not all the equipment having been ordered/bought... I have a few questions, given the fact that i am more of a hydro newbie, though ive been growing soil the past 7 years so I am not a complete novice when it comes to mmj cultivation..



First off.. given my budget and a requirement of doing RDWC, what setup would you get, equipment and so on, and how would you set the room up? I already have a list that is ready to be ordered and would post if you would like to see what im planning on working with.



secondly... I am used to the 8week cycle but have been told with what I am doing it will be more realistic to do a 10 week cycle due to the possible loss in yield.. When I move in I was thinking of just getting some clones and start vegging them in the flower room/garage right away, and then as I have started the girls in the garage I will be able to work on my Veg room and cloning system/setup.. im thinking about a nice size ez cloner and maybe aeroponics for veg? or im not sure... and would I have to order an extra set of 32 more 8" net pots for them to start vegging in, because that is the size that fits into the 32xxl current cultures under current setup? would I even have to setup a separate veg room? or do you think it would suffice if I just threw a big tent in the garage for everything to veg in?

If it were me setting up the grow room I would simply partition the space into two distinct areas, one side for veg, and the other for flower. I would purchase two identical undercurrent systems, and to control and maintain the systems I would also purchase two Grobot Evolutions. If you haven't heard about the Grobot, check it out, very expensive but it automates everything, just set your levels and watch em grow.

As far as flowering times, it's totally strain dependent but I would say that with the explosive growth you get from a DWC system, you're probably looking at closer to the 8 week mark. That is unless you're growing a sativa heavy strain, and then it might be closer to the 10 week mark. Anyway, good luck getting everything all figured out! I think you're going to be a very happy grower no matter what system you decide to go with, but if you decide to go the route I described, you're gonna be in heaven my man.

What are the dimensions of the space you have to work with? That would really help. Given your budget you have lots of options. But I would look into ebb n flow bucket system. Two separate rooms two water chillers. Parabolic hoods on tracks. mini split ac for each room. Insulation, humidifier, dehumidifier. And look into agrow tek for controllers. I would also run Solis tek or phantom ballast and nothing but eye hortilux bulbs.
