700 w. Viparspectra Par 700. 100% white, 100% Blue, 50% Red
Critical Purple Auto
18/6 80deg. 50% Humidity
RO with Cal/Mag, Silica and Hydroguard.
28 days old.
I'm thinking Magnesium Deficiency? Don't want to get off to a bad start. Never seen it like this in my Hydro grows.

I would give an aerated compost tea brewed with maybe some liquid fish fertilizer in addition to the cal/mag. I honestly have no idea what's going on with this plant but that's pretty much all I do when I see plants begin getting pale. Try top dressing with EWC also if you can; that will fix a multitude of sins.
