Hydro newbie. Help.

Hi. Growing hydro in a waterfarm. Germ seeds on 11/11/11. Still in 18/6 veg.
PH had crept upto 7.3 is the past few days and been trying to keep it in range of 5.5/6.0 for about 24hours now. I think this has caused the top set of leaves to wrinkle and look alot more lighter than lower leaves. I've read that PH higher than 7.0 can cause neut lock out. How long does it take to recover from neut lock?

My other problem is on the bottom of the biggest leaves (2nd node) there are some small brown spots. Been reading around and could it be a lack of NPK? I'm using RO water (017 PPM) and the only neut i'm using is GHE (softwater) Micro. The NPK is 5-0-1. I started off small the first time using and it was something like 1ml per 8.5ltrs. Last res batch was 2.6ml per 8.5ltrs and made up add-back of 1.4ml per 5ltr. The next res change tomorrow or wed I want to introduce the FloraNova Bloom. The FNB has NPK of 4-8-7. I was going to start off small, something like: 3ml of Micro and 2ml of FNB. I think this will put me in the range of 250/350 PPM.

Right now:
Temps 25/27c lights on. 17/20 lights off.
Humidity is --% (less than 30/40%?) but min/max says 31/41%.
PPM 240
PH 5.7
Res temp 19c

And don't worry about the bottom leaves, they always end up shriveling up and dying. Other then slight heat stress I would say its lookin pretty good

Ah right. Didn't know that chart was for air cooled hoods. I'm going to put it at 36". Is this ok?
I'll hold out for a few days with a stable ph then start off with the FNB.

Thanks for the help.
