Here's the small scale sog of the 14 gdp at week 5 @adower - it works great with the right strain, I wish I had something else in there but it's all trial and error to find what will work

That looks sick......what size pots are you using. I never knew you could custom length your ebb and flow buckets closer otherwise I would have tried this earlier Because right now I'm doing 9-12 super lemon haze under 600''s using coco in 3 gallon fabric pots.... Ebb and flow would be much easier for me because I'm lazy sometimes....

Thanks man, they are 2 gallon pots. I just use 1/2" vinyl tubing and cut the length of tubing I need for what ever distance between the buckets I want to use, I can put them 1/2" apart or however far apart I'd like, I just need to buy new tubing each grow but it's cheap, like 25$ for 50' of tubing. It works great man, I'm lazy too so ebb and flow is the only way for me lol

I started a few gg4 s1 seeds. I'll update along in the thread as they get going. 100% germ rate in 24 hours, hoping to get lucky!

Day 7 flower. Tops and tops and more tops.

Did a little supercropping here and there. Most tops are staying perfectly even in the canopy. Loving this run!

5.6-6.2ph
1150ppm (7 scale)
50/50 maxigrow and maxibloom
Tap water 100ppm and
Calmag to 150ppm
No Epsom yet.
Hydroguard 1x a week
Pondzyme with barley 2x a week
Algaefix 1x a week

I'm seeing some GREAT growth already. Some pistils are forming.

I also got brand new hortilux bulbs and new caps for the ballasts, so everything is in tip top shape. I think I took care of all the issues I had from the last grow, so this one should go extremely smooth.

Here's the baby glue s1 girls. They're coming along nicely. I'm just hand watering right now with 1 cup tap water and 1 cup of 900ppm res water, mixed, 1x a day. Ppm should be around 450 but I'm not testing the mix.

Oh, I should give a heads up. There's been a russet mites outbreak from some clones I picked up from a douch bag, I haven't seen anything at my place yet, but some of the same clones are at a friend's that have been annihilated.. So if these plants happen to take a dive and start shriveling up and die, well that's a possibility. Fingers crossed it won't happen, but there's a chance.

Same here but started once I put them into new coco. Half way wondering if they didn't come from the hydro shop.

I've been telling my buddy that, too, I've heard alot of people getting them from the hydro shops, and he did switch back to coco or new soil at the same time, but I did give him new genetics about 3 months ago, and 2 months later the platinum gsc were riddled with them, but at the same time of transplanting to new medium.. Not 100% sure where they came from, just too many variables, but getting new clones made the most sense.

Did you get any new clones at around the time you got the mites? Or you got them without taking in new cuts?

No, my last clone purchase was over a year ago, GG4 from elemental.

I went from a sealed room back to venting outside for a time so that may have been a factor.

Right on, that's the same cut of glue we have, those were definitely clean. Hmm, I didn't even know they were a localized bug, that's really scary if they can be out in the yard, those things do ridiculous damage :( but honestly, I'd think the soil/coco would have higher odds of bringing them in than them just coming in through exhaust.. I mean, as soon as a grower has bugs, they go to the hydro shop to get products, and those people aren't changing clothes and showering before they go I'd imagine before they go to make sure no bugs are on them.. though they are small as hell and I read they can wrap around a white fly leg and catch a ride. Did ya have any white flies by any chance? This is the first outbreak with this bug, ever, and he's been growing for years. Hoping to be able to get rid of them for good

I did get them when I first started hydro, Started using SM-90 in my res, haven't had an issue since.
I've heard alot of good stuff about sm90, I was going to get some right before I switched to using bennies, but if I ever go back to sterile, I'll throw it in the mix :)

Gg4 sea of green at 6 full weeks, day 42.

My mind is blown with how big they are getting, this is going to be so damn easy to trim! I have 22 more cuts that just started rooting, so next run in the sea of green tray I'll be doing 16, but vegging them a bit bigger and topping 2x. I'll be growing alot more glue for now until the russet mite scare is in the past and I'm not too scared to take any new gear in.

I've switched to adding back just maxibloom, but have no changed the res water at all and do not plan to. I'll add back just maxibloom from here on out.

1100ppm
5.5-6.0 pH
2tsp Calmag 1x a week
1 tsp Epsom 1x a week
29% h2o2 2x a week

Fuckin a I'm so happy I didn't throw these away :) it's Hella frosty, hard to capture in the pics but so dense and just wreaks. I don't like the smell at the moment, it simmers down on the nose as they reach 9 weeks.

AP, me and @Grandpapy got our cuts of the gg4 around the same exact time from ellemental;-)
Those little microscopic bastards definitely came with those platinum gsc's from that son a bitch you got them cuts from, no doubt! :-(
Grandpapy, are you sure you had russet mites? And all you used was sm90? Because I'm throwing everything known to help including the kitchen sink at them rite now:-( while in veg. These things are no joke compared to other bugs.
I had to throw away a crop just under 5 weeks here recently. So i'm able to go nuclear on those fuckers in veg. The two-spotted, thrips, root aphids, etc, are like having crabs. Pretty easy to get rid of IMO. These russet mites are like aids:-(
Same here but started once I put them into new coco. Half way wondering if they didn't come from the hydro shop.
That would be some fucked up shit if that was happening. Dang.

Excellent grow. Can I ask when you switch to flowering nutes? Right at the flip or do you wait? Thx.

Thanks man. Depending on the strain I usually do a res Change at day 15 or so and switch to bloom nutes. But with glue, I was noticing alot of premature yellowing around week 6 or 7, so this grow I never did a res Change and I used 50/50 grow and bloom nutes to day 28 or 35 (can't remember) and then I just started adding back only bloom nutes, no res Change, so there's still grow nutes in there but I just stopped adding them back now.
