what do you recommend i have a 4x4 tent

Hey dude I recently started Doing Dwc hydroponics, i have only grown in bubbleponics once and it once amazing, i had grown in soil twice before and, the plants always seemed to thrive so much more in the bubbler, even until harvest, they are green. anyway for a 4x4 depending on your lighting and budget of course , 5, 20 lt buckets some air lining, 5 air stones and a 5 port air pump or 5 pumps. dont worry about drip feed systems and all those marketed bubblers you will learn slowly that at the end of the day your enviromental factors, R/h temp, ec/ppm, ph, air circulation, from my own experience i can tell you it is simpler then it is made out. any questions you have dude ill help ya feel free to holler i know what its like making the switch in systems

I would suggest 1 or 2 5gl buckets to start with, the top feed makes it bubbleponics, keep your water level up high, right at the bottom of net pot. If I wasn't so lazy I would have top feed on more than 1 of my buckets. I was told to get rid of the airstones and just use a stainless steel screw in the end of the airline, turn it to adjust flow,I have not tried it yet but it sounds cleaner.Good Grows to Ya.

I use 3 gallon and 5 gallon bubble buckets. The 3 gallon buckets are used until the plants get too big for the buckets then I switch them to the 5 gallon buckets. I use 6 inch net pots that snap perfectly on both size buckets. I hook two large air pumps to each bucket as a fail safe with cheap round airstones I get at the hardware store. I think they are made for fish ponds but theyre cheap and they work good. I replace them every grow. I don't top feed with a water pump drip system. I have the pump and stuff just never hooked it up. Looked like too much of a pain in the ass plus I don't want to risk flooding my floor if the thing fucked up. I get good results using the Fox Farm lineup at between 15 - 25% of what the hydro feeding schedule recommends. I change my water once a week. I usually set my PH around 5.6-5.8 then let it naturally climb to 6.2 before lowering it back down. I use a Blackstar 240 LED with a 250 Watt Large CFL as a supplement.

My cab will only hold two bubble buckets. I just germinated two seeds and I thought one was dead so I started another germinating. Low and behold the first one finally popped along with the third seed. This put me in a dilemma as I only have room for two bubble buckets. I didn't want to waste an expensive seed so I planted the seedling in some soil crap I had. I was able to fit the pot with the seedling into my cab because it's smaller than the bubble bucket. Moral of that story: Don't germinate more expensive seeds than you have room for! lol

There is a net pot available that comes with 4 holes in it that fits the bubble buckets. Take my advice and don't use that. One bucket per plant.

First one you linked to seems like a rip-off. They look ok for a cloner or veg box, but you can put something like that together quite easily for the same money or less with better and larger parts.
