I accidently hurt my baby... any advice?

When I was transplanting I managed to snag one of my seedling's leaves on something and it ripped the leaf slightly. It doesn't look too bad but I was wondering if I should leave it as is, or maybe trim the tip of the leaf off, or remove the leaf entirely. Let me know what you guys think.

Leave it alone. I won't hurt anything.
