I actually need some help. BUD ROT?

Ok so.. I got'a fat cola sittin in front of me. It's like day 2 of drying. I have the fan on hours a day in my closet.

I seen brown leafs patch on the side of my bud and I .... kinda panaiced and butchered it

However.. it looked to me that it might have been bud rot... sooo.. I think I saved it

I tried taking pics .. but the contrast on my shitty phone won't show the browness that it really is.


Anybody have advice on Bud Rot?? how to prevent? what it looks like? what are the early signs?

It started prior to drying.. It shouldn't spread throughout the drying bud, but you should chop out any mold parts carefully.. pull the nugs apart to see if there is mold between them and the stem.

I've had it in the past and it was actually black.

can it spread when drying the bud?

if i quick dry it.. is it smokable.. or ruined.

Whats the best way to quick dry your bud.. I'd say time limit (1 hour)

i like to chop it up with scissors first before quick dry.. it works much better than trying to dry nugs... So chop it up and either a low over for 15 minutes or zap in the microwave for 5 seconds at a time until dry on a plate on a napkin or paper towel...

micro is bettter and faster.

He said try putting your bud in the coffee pot and turning on the coffee maker.. and as the bottom gradually heats up - it will dry the buds in 5-15 mins.
The guy said its much better than throwing it in the zapper with a damp paper towel over it and what'not

hmmm... so drying on the coffee burner.. Sounds like it might work.. Any warm electronics are good, but drying times will take a while.. I am anti microwave as hell... but i would dry weed in them if I didn't have cured nugs.

the zapper only takes like five 5 seconds zaps.. get high in seconds..
